Dialogue and Combat Test

Added to the combat system, AI has an attack state, getting hit will slow down movement in the direction of the hit, slow down attack speed, and delay attacking. Trying to experiment with a system that rewards initiative and positioning.

The goal is to experiment until I have something challenging and fun. Added dialogue windows. With neutral entities, you can interact with them to trigger a dialogue popup. If you attack a neutral entity, it will become hostile, the dialogue window will go away, and it will start to attack you.
